*UPDATED* 6 Projects Headed to New Orleans to Pitch at IF/Then Short Doc Competition

We're days away from our IF/Then short documentary pitch competition at the New Orleans Film Festival on October 13th. These 6 projects have been selected to present a 7 minute pitch to a panel of jurors. The winner will receive up to $20,000 in production support from IF/Then, as well as ongoing mentorship year-round, in person or virtually, and will participate in a year-long distribution initiative managed by TFI that offers creative control, revenue potential and career development. The IF/Then pitch competition is on October 13th from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, followed by a reception to celebrate a day of pitching and to announce the winner. Both are open to the public so come on by if you’re in town! The event will be held at New Orleans Advocate, 840 St Charles Avenue, New Orleans. 

We're also excited to announce we're currently accepting submissions for IF/Then Pitch competition at Big Sky Documentary Film Festival for stories of the American West & IF/Then Pitch competition at East Doc Platform for stories from Central and Eastern Europe.
