Reframe Spotlight: 2019: A Future Imagined

This Friday, Walt Disney Pictures' Tron: Legacy - one of the holiday season's most anticipated films - arrives in theaters nationwide. Even though the latest technology gives this sequel to Steven Lisberger's 1982 film Tron a sleeker version of the future, no technological advances can replace the vision of futurist Syd Mead, who designed for the original Tron, as well as seminal science fiction films Blade Runner and Aliens.
