Andrew produces film and theatre through his company Blue Horizon Productions. His film Metroland, starring Christian Bale and Emily Watson, was financed as a British-French co-production. North American rights were bought by Lionsgate.
Andrew is producing the Welsh cowboy comedy Booty, to be directed by Oscar winner John Roberts (Paulie), and a coming-of-age film, Ezekiel, set in the Bible Belt, to be directed by recent NYU graduate Kate Sharp. Andrew is also producing the Second World War love story Mood Indigo with Emily Watson.
Apart from Project Mustard, films in development include the theatrical documentary The Bank That Couldn’t Say No, about the collapse of a redneck bank in Oklahoma, to be directed by Lucy Walker (The Devil’s Playground), and the South London crime caper-gone-wrong Marcus is a Twat.
Andrew is also producing the play Speaking in Tongues (adapted into the Australian film Lantana) in London. He produced the hit NYC improv/hiphop show Freestyle Love Supreme at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2005.
