Mauro Mueller is a Swiss-Mexican filmmaker. He received his MFA in directing from Columbia University. His short film A World for Raúl won a Student Oscar® and he is a member of the Academy (AMPAS). His projects have received the support of Tribeca, IFP, IMCINE and Sundance. His latest film Dear Chickens, starring Philip Baker Hall was a contender for the Oscars 2019. He is in development on A Few Days in the Sunwith Yalitza Aparicio and August Diehl. Mauro was a 2ndunit director of Gina Rodriguez’ sci-fi Awakeand produced five features including the award winning Copenhagen.
