Miguel Aviles is a filmmaker who started making films as a child, taking his passion for storytelling to New York Film Academy. While teaching film editing in Italy during the summer. 2004, Aviles began developing the doundation of his first feature film, 44. He finished shotting the film in 2006 and screened 44 at the 2007 Long Island Lation International Film Festival, where it won the Best Narrative Feature Award. Aviles has produced corporate and commercial films, including short films and music videos, as well as works for television networks such as MTV. He is currently in preproduction on his first pilot.
