Viana González is a Cuban film producer who graduated from the University of Arts and from the EICTV in Cuba, with a degree in production. In 2017, she received an advanced degree in documentary film production through the Eurodoc International Program.

Since 2008 she has produced several documentaries and short films that have screened at festivals everywhere. Her producing credits include the feature films THE STILL LIFE OF HARLEY PROSPER (2018) directed by Juan Manuel Sepulveda, awarded Best Film of the Burning Lights competition at Visions du Réel, Best Documentary Director Award at Málaga Film Festival and Special Jury Mention at FICUNAM; ENTRE PERRO Y LOBO, a Cuban-Spanish-Colombian coproduction supported by Ibermedia, ICAA and Tribeca which will have its World Premiere at Berlinale Forum; and THE SHADOW OF THE DESERT (OR PARADISE LOST), by Mexican director Juan Manuel Sepúlveda, which will premiere at Cinema du Reel and is supported by the Mexican Film Fund (Foprocine).

She is currently finishing the short film LOS CIMARRONES and developing the feature fiction film LOS CAÍDOS by Cuban director Damian Sainz.
