For Festival screenings, Z Passholders are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time. Once you arrive at the venue, our team of Orange Hat Concierges will escort you to your seat in the theater.
Will I have to wait on the passholder line at the Festival theaters?
No, you will not. Please be on the lookout for our concierge team in orange baseball caps. They will be able to take you right to your seats, without waiting on the passholder or rush lines.
At the Beacon Theatre, there is a Will Call tent for VIPs. Will call opens 1 hour prior to the screening and our Orange Hat Concierges will be on-site to answer any questions. Please do not go to the Will Call Window/Booth at the Beacon Theatre.
I am running late and will not be able to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the screening. What should I do?
Please email the TFI Concierge Office at email@example.com (at least an hour prior to the start time) or call us at (212) 274-8080 x20 (if there’s less than an hour prior to the start time). We will alert our team on site to hold your seats.
If you do not communicate with us at least 10 minutes prior to the start time, we may not be able to save you seat.
For any events at the Beacon or BMCC, will call will close approximately 30 minutes into the programming. Then the seats will be released.
Do I need to carry the credentials with me to every event?
Yes, the credentials are scanned at most Festival theaters for entry (like a ticket). Although your credentials are not required for events at the Beacon Theatre, we still recommend you have them at all Festival events so our Orange Hat Concierges can easily identify you.
How do I walk the red carpet?
The red carpet is an invitation-only area that is restricted to our Press/Filmmaker teams. Our orange hat teams do not have access to the red carpet and do not handle this area of the Festival. However, if you’d like to submit a request to walk the carpet at a specific event, we can follow up with the appropriate team and see what will be possible.
I’m in a wheelchair or require an ADA seat. What do I do?
Please notify the Z Pass Concierge Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (212) 274-8080 x20 so we know to reserve the ADA seat for you. Please provide us with a full schedule of the events and screenings you plan to attend, so we can ensure you have a seamless experience.
