'Cutie and the Boxer' Picked Up By RADiUS-TWC

The good fortune for 2012 TFI Documentary Fund grantee Cutie and the Boxer continues as following director Zachary Heinzerling's Best Director win at Sundance the film has now been picked up by RADiUS-TWC. According to Deadline, the Weinstein Company's specialty multi-platform label has picked up rights to the film for North America and France. The film is slated for release in 2013. Heinzerling's debut feature explores the life and art of the 40 year love between Japanese artists Ushio and Noriko Shinohara.
