This week’s Reframe Spotlight pick is BloodSisters, a 1995 documentary about the political activities and sexual choices of the San Francisco lesbian S&M community from filmmaker and artist Michelle Handelman. Handelman, who was recently named a 2011 Guggenheim Fellow, will be participating in a discussion with author\activist Sarah Schulman at The Center in New York (208 W. 13th St.) this Friday following a 7pm screening of BloodSisters.
