Submissions Now Open for Part Two of TFI Interactive Co/Lab

We are now accepting applications for part two of our TFI Interactive Co/Lab. We have partnered with and Detroit Narrative Agency on this event, which will give Detroit-based narrative artists an opportunity to prototype stories about large-scale community issues using immersive and interactive technology.

Submissions Now Open

Part one of TFI Interactive Co/Lab took place during the Allied Media Conference (AMC) in Detroit this past June. TFI selected five interactive media artists and invited them to experience Allied Media Conference (AMC). At the conference, they each developed a story about the Detroit community.

Selected participants for part two will join one of five community stories that the multimedia artists from part one conceived in June. During the upcoming lab, participants will work in teams to turn the stories into immersive experiences using interactive technology. The event is designed to foster skill sharing between traditional narrative storytellers and multimedia audiences, and to enable cross-disciplinary collaborations on important local stories.
