[UPDATE: 11/1 3:45pm] We have extended the deadline to November 12 for those filmmakers who have been affected by Hurricaine Sandy. Apply here if you are unable to submit by the 5th. (Does not pertain to TFI Latin America Media Arts Fund submissions.)
