Buboo Kakati

Buboo Kakati is the director and writer of the short film Off Duty, winner of a Warner Bros. Pictures award, which premiered at the 2003 Tribeca Film Festival and later screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. As the winner of a Power Up Directing Grant, Kakati directed the comedy short The Nearly Unadventurous Life of Zoe Cadwaulder, which will premiere on Logo's Click List in April 2007. She wrote, produced, and directed the documentary series Secrets of New York, which aired on PBS nationwide and received 8 New York Emmy nominations. She was also named a Top 10 Director in the Project Greenlight contest.
