The intention of the series was to give insight of the realities of all opponents in a complex global conflict, and is a unique platform to examine human consequences of war for all parties, as ISAF soldiers, Taleban and civilians are unwillingly forced in the same location. The series was aired primetime on TV2 Denmark, and was followed up on other TV2 media, such as TV2 News, Good Evening Denmark, and Good Morning Denmark (TV2).
