Lucas Habte is an Ethiopian-American filmmaker based in New York City. After graduating from Harvard, he received the George Peabody Gardner Fellowship to Australia. He was a 2014-2015 Mortimer Hays-Brandeis Fellow in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. is his first feature documentary as director.
