About

Marco A Orsini

In 1996, Marco borrowed a little cash and a camera to become a filmmaker. His first venture was a half-hour series showcasing Southern California lifestyles. Within three years, Marco had written, directed and produced over 50 hours of network and cable television (Telemundo, Fox, Pax, Columbia-TriStar, UPN, Hearst) airing in both North and South American markets.

Orsini next wrote, directed and produced the mockumentary, Mari Conita De Jesus (2000), an independent film festival hit from San Francisco to London. His short led to directing videos and commercials, primarily for the Latin American marketplace.

Orsini recently began writing one of the many stories he was born to tell, his own.
American Way, is an autobiographical, tragic-comic look at one extraordinary year in the life of his assimilated Hispanic family.

Marco Orsini lives in Miami.
