With over twenty years of experience in television news, Mark French is an award-winning director of photography. Twice nominated for Emmy’s, for Nightline and Primetime Live, he also received the Communicator Award of Distinction for Excellence in Camerawork for ABC News. In his capacity at ABC News, he has worked with ABC World News, Nightline, 20/20, Primetime Live, as well as NBC Dateline, MSNBC Investigates, NBC Special Edition, CBS' 48 Hours, CBS Sunday Morning, and PBS McNeil News Hour and Frontline. French’s entertainment credits include work with Bravo Profiles, Discovery Channel, A & E, Fox Magazine, ESPN and the PBS Special Heart of the Soul. Mark is a member of the Black Filmmakers Collective and the African-American Photographers Guild.
