Barb holds a Broadcast Journalism Degree from the University of North Carolina and worked in development at Twentieth Century Fox and in promos at FOX television. For the past 10 years, she has owned and operated her own production company where she created video marketing campaigns for major organizations including Duke University, The University of North Carolina, and Trammell Crow.

Nancy Kim Parsons earned her MFA at the Yale School of Drama. Most of Nancy's storytelling experience has been focused in theatre. Adopted: The New American Family will be one of Nancy's first collaborations on a documentary film.

Also a graduate of the Yale School of Drama, Molly is an award-winning producer, director, dramaturgy and writer. Her film work includes three two-hour documentaries shot in 17 countries for the Discovery Channel, producing and scripting for Planet B-Boy (TAA 2005). She's made documentaries for National Geographic, A&E, and Voom. Her feature Broad Channel was shot last year by Scott Hornbacher.
