Elizabeth Day

Director

Elizabeth Day was born on the Leech Lake Reservation of the Ojibwe tribe in Northern Minnesota, moving to Minneapolis with her family when she was three.  She attended the University of Minnesota, where she studied American Indian and Film Studies for two years.  From there she transferred to Minneapolis College, studying Film Production under Bruce Mamer and Adam Olson. During the past five years Elizabeth has had the opportunity to work on several films, gaining experience in many different aspects of the film industry.

Wenonah Wilms

Writer

Wenonah Wilms has been screenwriting since December 2001, developing her craft through five completed feature-length screenplays and over a dozen short scripts. Her short film Sunshine was produced in the fall of 2005 with the help of an IFP Access grant. Two more shorts, as well as her first feature production, will go into production in 2006.

Justin Davis

Producer

Justin Davis made his directorial debut in 2003, shooting and editing a promotional skateboard video for Natural Koncepts.  Since then he has produced, directed and edited a variety of projects including a music video for Leroy Smokes, and several promotional pieces for advertising agency Campbell Mithun.  In 2005, he edited the MN IFP All-Access grant-winning short film, Sunshine, and is currently an Associate Producer for Snow in April, written by Kimberly Elise and slated for production in 2006. Justin resides in Minnesota where he runs the production company LucyCollecteD.
