Miguel "M.I.G." Martinez started out his career hosting and producing his own Spanish/English bilingual radio show. In 2004, he partnered with two friends to combine their passion for photography, video, and design to form the multimedia companySoulT3ec. With SoulT3ec, Miguel has directed, edited, and produced several popular music videos, some receiving exposure on MTV and other prominent media outlets.

Jamie Sisely

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Jamie Sisely has spent the past five years as a music industry manager at Red Light Management. In 2007, he directed and produced his first short film, 50 Meters.

Sam Baker attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and earned his MFA from American University's School of Communication. He is the Managing Director of Programs at Light House Studio, a youth media arts center.
