Ashley Mills is a freelance cinematographer and documentarian based in Chicago, IL. She served as DP for Pangaea, a short film depicting the life of a young girl 8 days after Hurricane Katrina. Her most recent documentary, Far Above, grapples with young adult involvement in the Black Christian church.

Morgan Johnson is a Chicago-based filmmaker committed to reshaping the narrative of Black Chicago. She recently launched TheTRiiBE.com, a digital platform that hosts curated content centered on Black Chicago from the Black Millennial perspective. She most recently produced and co-directed through Milwaukee-based 371 Productions.
EDITOR
Rubin Daniels is a freelance editor based in Chicago. His work runs the gamut from editing local news stories to feature-length documentaries. Rubin’s interest in documentary editing has grown through his work with Kartemquin Films, where he currently serves as assistant editor on a television series directed by Steve James.
